This document outlines the terms and conditions of the selling of the products listed on our website www.deco22.co.uk. Please read these terms conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. By using these services, you are agreeing to the term and conditions which are subject to change and alterations periodically. Please check our terms and conditions on a regular basis to ensure you are aware of any changes made. Our terms and conditions are in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes will be settled in the English court system. PRICING Please note that all prices shown are in Pounds Sterling. Products sent by post are charged at current post office rates and are subject to change. You will be notified as to the total cost (including post and packaging) when making your transaction. Products are priced as marked on the site, however made to order and made to measure prices vary please contact us for more information. COLOURS/ DESCRIPTIONS Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions are correct, and colours are as close a representation as possible. However, every computer screen will display colour differently; we cannot guarantee that the colour of the item will be an exact match as seen on your screen. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY By entering and using this site, you acknowledge and agree that all content (including but not limited to all images, text, graphics and actual products) are protected by copyright, design rights and trademark rights as applicable, which are owned by Deco 22. You agree that you will not (or assist or facilitate a third party to) commercially exploit of create derivative works from the products and other content on this site. READY MADE PRODUCTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. RETURNS FOR READY MADE PRODUCTS Deco 22 hopes that you will be delighted with your purchase. But if you are not completely satisfied, Deco22 is happy to offer a refund or exchange. Please ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition in which you received them, and are re-packaged in the same way, with any tags remaining in place. Please note that you are responsible for the return, and so we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Any goods which you may think you have returned to Deco22 but are lost in transit remain your responsibility. Please note refunds and exchanges will not be given on any items returned after 14 days. Refunds and exchanges will not be given on any items that have been used, and/or are in an un-saleable condition. Personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty. If you have requested a refund, this will be issued once the goods have been received and checked by Deco 22. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that we do not refund either the original or the return postage costs if the product is not faulty. PERSONALISED COMMISSIONS and BESPOKE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PAYMENTS After the initial consultation and the choice of Bag/Accessory has been decided, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the Bag/Accessory, is charged on placing the order. Payment in full in required before delivery of Bag/Accessory Bespoke and personalised commissions are non-exchange and non-refundable. In addition to the price, the customer shall pay for any additional; work carried out by us, at your request, which we were not originally contracted to undertake; and any costs incurred by us attending a missed appointment or an appointment cancelled by you with less than 24 hours’ notice. Any additional costs payable by you will be invoiced by us and charged at rates (together with a percentage in respect of overheads and profit) based on the cost of materials, labour, sub-contractors, transport, taxes and duties at the time the work is carried out. Shipping Production time for bespoke Bag/Accessory will vary depending on individual requirements and Deco 22 order book. TITLE Title in the Goods shall not pass until the price of the Bag/Accessory has been paid in full for the goods. As each order is personally tailored, the Supplier is unable to resell an order to any Customer other than the customer placing the order, and as such the Supplier cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart on the part of the Customer. Neither can the supplier accept returns where the customer requests a change to an existing order and the supplier cannot fulfil that change. Where there is a dispute between customer and supplier’s ordering system is taken as the firm and final order. DESCRIPTIONS All swatches, samples, descriptions, drawings, specifications, illustrations and advertising we provide, issue, or contained in our website, brochures, catalogues or other materials, are approximations only and should not be relied on by you as precise or constructed literally. We are unable to guarantee that product images you see on this website are completely accurate representations of the product as the display of images will depend on your viewing device and its colour capabilities. Whilst we will endeavour to match particular colours, this is not always possible. As a result, these do not form part of the contract. This is not a sale by sample. Fabric As fabrics can differ you accept that a swatch provided earlier may not come from the same batch or roll of fabric used for the goods. As a result, there differences with the fabric of the goods and any swatch provided. The risk of differences inevitably increases the longer the time between obtaining a swatch and ordering goods. Leather Every hide is individual and unique. This means, tonal and slight thickness variations, scar marks are inherent features of the leather and are unique to the life of the animal. The leathers will age naturally and change in colour with time and use. We reserve the right to change any descriptions, drawings, specifications, illustrations, brochures, catalogues, advertising materials and other materials provided at any time without notice. If any material, fabric or goods are out of stock, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity and allow you to await a new delivery, amend the order or cancel the order. |
